Membership

Because we are a charity, all delegates must become members of The Friends of Coleridge before attending the Conference.  If you are not a member, please add the appropriate membership fee (in British pounds sterling) to your cheque.  Your membership will be valid for two years.

Residential   Single £550       Double £1050               Non-residential      £375

· Non-residential fees include all meals except breakfast

· Day rates, or attendance at individual lectures: contact Graham Davidson

Payment:

· All Conference registrations must be paid in sterling (British pounds)

· All fees must be received by May 16^th 2008.  The organizers retain the right to add a surcharge of £50 to all fees not received by that date.

· All cheques, bankers’ drafts, etc, to be made payable to The Friends of Coleridge

· Payment can also be made by bank transfer or by PayPal.  See instructions. 

Registration

· In all cases please send your registration form, together with fees (unless paid online), to:

Accommodation:

· Single rooms are the norm, but double rooms are available.  All double rooms are non-ensuite.  If you wish to share a room, please use one registration form, putting in both names.

Arrival and Departure:

· Two trains from London will be met at Bridgwater on Wednesday 23rd, and delegates will be taken to two trains after breakfast on Wednesday 30th.  Train times will be posted later. If you wish to use either part of this service please indicate in the space provided on the form.
